YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
Solving problems facing customers quickly and efficiently thus improving the overall customer experience;
Being responsible for diagnosis and management of nationwide incidents;
Solving technical issues which are facing customers to ensure the user is getting full benefit of the product;
Using a variety of systems to manage the customer journey and experience.
To be fluent in English - mandatory;
To prove yourself as a solutions mindset person, a helpful nature, a passionate customer experience enthusiast;
To demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly on given directions;
To be able to adapt to continuously evolving products and customer needs;
To be available to start Monday 8th of July.
